What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your registration by sending a written cancellation request via email, fax or mail to be received on or before September 30th, 2018. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from your original registration rate. No refunds will be made after September 30, 2018.

In the event that you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer or assign your paid registration to another participant by advising conference registration at smokelesssummit @ healthedcouncil.org or 916-556-3344


How do I pay by invoice/purchase order?

Please send a message to smokelesssummit @ healthedcouncil.org with the name(s) and email(s) of those you would like to register. A registration form will then be sent to these individuals via DocuSign. Once the registration form is completed, an invoice will be generated with information on where to submit payment.


Are meals served at the summit?

Breakfast, AM/PM Snack break ,and lunch are served on October 16th and October 17th
